Jason Boner, Associate Broker:
I have been in sales and marketing for over 25 years, with 17 of those years being in the real estate industry. While in real estate, I have held many roles such as VP of Sales & Marketing, Team Leader, Corporate Trainer, Business Coach, Licensed Instructor, and of course Realtor. I also founded RAMP Coaching (Realtors Achieving Maximum Productivity), where I focused primarily on helping agents with all facets of their real estate business. My passion is helping people through serving, connecting, consulting, teaching, and leading. But most of all, I love assisting someone with a specific need or to meet a business or personal goal. My background, desire to help people, and attention to detail provides me with the skills to ensure my clients receive a top-notch experience that is second to none!
Kelsi Caraway, Realtor:
I began my real estate career in 2017 by buying and renovating a four-unit apartment building in Montgomery, AL. After moving back to Birmingham in 2021, I began working on my real estate license while working as a contract nurse. Although I don’t have previous sales experience, I spent the previous decade either as a nurse working with patients and their confidential information during major life events or working in small business operations and marketing. Being a Realtor allows me to combine these skill sets with my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate. My mission is to ensure my clients are comfortable and informed throughout the process so they can fully enjoy their home buying or selling experience.
